Headache and Stress Tea


Headache and Stress Reducing Tea comes in a 2 oz envelope.

Basil may help with digestive and nervous system, easing gas and stomach cramps. It is helpful in treating nerves, irritability and fatigue, depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Basil is safe and no known side effects.

Lemon Balm may help strengthen memory, calms the nervous and digestive systems. Lemon balm is considered a thyroid inhibitor those suffering from hypothyroidism or low thyroid should use under guidance of a health care practitioner.

Chamomile is a mild sedative and a good gastric anti-inflammatory. It calms the nerves and settles the stomach. Chamomile is safe and no known side effects.

Directions – use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup of boiling water, infuse for 5 to 10 minutes then strain.
